LTJG Brandon Schumann graduated with honors from the United States Coast Guard Academy in 2009 with a Bachelors of Science in Marine and Environmental Science.  Upon graduation, he reported aboard USCGC CONFIDENCE (WMEC-619) in Cape Canaveral, FL, as a Deck Watch Officer.  He served as the Electronics Materials Officer and Supply Officer.

LTJG Brandon Schumann is a native of Moncks Corner, SC.
