Pollution Response Branch
The Pollution Response Branch has the bulk of its workforce located at the Port of Miami Field Office. The primary duties of the Port Operations Division includes oil & hazardous material pollution response and patrols of the Miami River, Miami and Port Everglades Harbor, and area marinas. The Port of Miami Field Office regularly participates jointly on various operations with Department of Environmental Resource Management (DERM), FWC, Miami-Dade Fire Department, and the maritime community.
