IDP - Complete Individual Development Plan
This is mandatory for enlisted: E-6 and below and officers: O4 and below.

Once complete, please ensure that your supervisor enters the IDP data into TMT and emails BMC Newberry with your full name stating that your IDP and counseling has been completed and who the counselor was.

BMC Newberry, Department Training Representatives, and MKCM Paine have TMT access.
