Process for getting IT related assistance
Remedy tickets should be submitted for all computer, user, software and telephone issues The duty phone is only used if it is not a reservist weekend or if there are problems after normal working hours (0700-1530) Remedy Tickets
You can access Remedy by going to Start, Programs, USCG Program Apps, Action Request System, CG Helpdesks You should also have a shortcut on your desktop that says CG Helpdesk DMT Updates
DMT is the CG system used to maintain and update Active Directory information. https://dmt/dmt/enduserupdate.aspx DMT allows you to update some of your information in Active Directory (phone numbers, address, department, and supervisor) as needed. You also will periodically get an e-mail to verify this information. Even if this information has not changed, you must go to the website and hit update so your account will not be disabled. You must submit a Remedy ticket to have your e-mail address, first name, middle initial, last name, or rank/title changed. Direct Access/TPAX
