Tutorial and procedures for entering IDT Drills into DA:

Goto the DA Online Help Manual: http://www.uscg.mil/ppc/ps/ In the left column, select "Self-Service for Members". Then select: Page Scheduling IDT Drills (self-service) http://www.uscg.mil/ppc/ps/idt/scheduling_idt_drills.htm

Follow the procedures.

Note: Although you will be prompted to enter a "Supervisor ID", you will still be able to enter your drills without entering a Supervisor ID.

IDT Information - FY-11

Due to tight fiscal restraints in FY-11 - IDT drills missed because of active duty (T-10, T-14, ADOS-AC/RC) cannot be made up. For example, if the member was on active duty from 01Oct-31Mar he or she is only authorized 24 IDT drills (30 for HPUs) for FY11. Also, a member retiring cannot "drill ahead" past his/her retirement date. For example, if the member's retirement date is 01Jul, he or she is only authorized 36 IDT drills for FY11.
