Tutorial and procedures for entering ADT orders into DA:

Go to the PSC website: http://www.uscg.mil/psc/

In left column, under "Online Help Systems", click "Direct-Access".

In left column, click "Self-Service for Members"/"Request for Reserve Orders"

View Tutorial & follow the procedures.

Routing ADT orders:

MUST BE SUBMITTED NLT 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ADT

Prior to submitting your request for ADT, obtain approval from your supervisor for the dates you are requesting ADT. Once dates are approved, Follow #14 & #15 in the above "procedures" and forward to CWO Amy Cerino. (orders must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the requested ADT drill date)"
