Requirement Timeline

Annually – Dental Exam and a Periodic Health Assessments (PHA) are required annually. Influenza (flu) immunizations are also required.

Bi-annually – HIV tests are required every two years. Females 40 years or older are required to attain at Mammogram every two (2) years. Males 45 years or older shall be considered by the Medical Officer for a prostrate screening.

Bi-annually – Females are required to have a Pap Smear every three (3) years.

Career – Various immunizations are required only once in your career. There are other situations, such as specific deployments or known threats that may require further immunizations, such as small pox.
