The Health Services Technician (your designated Health Record Custodian) shall place the record in an envelope, hand it to the member, and tell the member to return the record as soon as possible following the appointment.

Tricare Reserve Select
HIV

Some members are finding they are delinquent in 'tests'. HIV (lab draws) can be obtained by contacting a HS who will submit a standing lab order which can be drawn at either NAS Mayport or NAS Jax. Reservists can notify HS3 Rowley who can also set up a standing order or arrange for a unit wide draw, as necessary.
