1297 N. Lightning Road
Savannah, GA, 31409-5053
Savannah Georgia is a beautiful city rich in history and tradition and home to over 270,000 Georgians. Georgia was the thirteenth original colony and was settled by the city's designer General Ogelthorpe in 1733. The city was originally designed around 24 city squares, of which 22 are still in existence today. An example of one these squares is pictured above. In 1864, during the Civil War, Savannah escaped destruction by being presented as a Christmas gift to President Lincoln by General Sherman.
Today Savannah is the host to over 6 million visitors a year as well as the location of many movie filmings including Forest Gump, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil,
The General's Daughter and Forces of Nature. Savannah is also host to the world famous Saint Patrick's Day Celebration in March.
We look forward to your arrival!
