Educational Services

Located in La Plaza's 2nd floor, the Educational Services Office offers assistance to both active duty and sponsored family members. Coast Guard Institute courses are ordered through the Educational Services Officer (ESO) for professional development and advancement. Air Station Borinquen is also a DANTES (Defense Activities for Non Traditional Education) test site. DANTES programs are not only for service members, but for sponsored family members as well. DANTES offers testing services for a variety of exams (CLEP, SAT, ACT, GRE) and also offers catalogs that will allow people to enroll in college classes and even entire degree programs. The ESO will be happy to assist you with any of your educational endeavors. Tuition Assistance is available through the ESO.

Some colleges in Puerto Rico offer English Track Programs. Details on these programs can be found by contacting the admissions office of the specific college.
