USCG Air Station Borinquen guest housing currently consists of :

Lighthouse Ground Quarters
(2) two bedroom deluxe guest cottages are located approximately 1 mile from our housing area on the Punta Borinquen lighthouse grounds Each lighthouse unit consist of two bedrooms, (set up to accommodate 4 people) a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and one bathroom. These units are equipped with basic cable TV, DVD Player's and air conditioning. Laundry facilities are on site. A telephone line for local calls is available at each unit.

Newly updated three bedroom Deluxe unit guest house is located in the Air Station's housing area. This updated unit consist of three bedrooms, (set up to accommodate up to 6 people) a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and one bathroom. Deluxe guest house is equipped with basic cable TV, DVD player, washer/dryer, and air conditioning.

Three bedroom Pool-Front guest houses are located in the Air Station's housing area. These updated units consist of three bedrooms, (set up to accommodate up to 6 people) a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and one bathroom. Each pool-front guest house is equipped with basic cable TV, DVD player, washer/dryer, and air conditioning.

5 Bedroom Guest House
(1) five bedroom guest house is located in the Air Station's housing area. This house consist of 5 bedrooms, five bathrooms, (set up to accommodate up to eleven people) a full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and sun porches. Each room is equipped with a small microwave, small refrigerator, TV with basic cable-TV, and air conditioning. Washer/dryer are also available at the house. Rooms in this house may also be rented individually; sharing common areas.

Standard 3 Bedroom Guest House
(20) three bedroom guest houses are located in the Air Station's housing area. These units consist of three bedrooms, (set up to accommodate up to 6 people) a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and one bathroom. Each guest house is equipped with basic cable TV, washer/dryer, and air conditioning.

All guest housing units provide housekeeping services Monday through Friday, except holidays. Pets and smoking are prohibited in all guest houses. For pest control, guest are responsible for cleansing dirty dishes. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Check in time is between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. and check out is no later than 11:00 a.m. Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date will result in a charge equal to (1) night's stay.
SPECIAL NOTICE:
Power, water, cable TV and/or telephone outages are always a possibility while staying in guest housing. While the MWR staff will do their best to make your stay comfortable during such an experience, we can not be responsible for such acts of nature and do not offer refunds during these periods.
