DM Scope of Duties:
The Resources, Planning and Performance Management Division directs the analysis, planning, performance, utilization, budgeting and recapitalization of all Fifth District Coast Guard Resources.
D5 DM Mission:
Achieve cost-wise readiness through advocating for, and executing Funding, Manpower, Facilities and Organizational Performance resources to maximize operation readiness throughout the D5 AOR.
