D5 (dm) Scope of Duties:

The Resources and Planning Division directs the analysis, planning, utilization, budgeting and recapitalization of all Fifth District Coast Guard Resources.

D5 (dm) Mission:

Achieve cost-wise readiness through advocating for and executing Funding, Manpower, and Facilities resources to maximize operational readiness throughout the D5 AOR.

D5 (dm) Vision:
