District Telecommunications (dt)
Welcome to the Fifth District Command, Control,
Communications, Computer & Information Technology (C4IT) & Security Division
portal.
The C4IT division is responsible for operational
communications management, policy, procedures, and planning within the Fifth
District AOR. DT partners with LANT-36, HQ, ESU Portsmouth, and CG Centers
of Excellence to ensure all comms, IT and electronics requirements for D5
units are met and supported.
The District Security Manager (Dts) is responsible for the District-wide security program. This includes the implementation of plans, policies, and procedures for information, physical, personnel, operational, and industrial security as described in the Coast Guard Security Manual.
