RAP offers information on all issues related to a Permanent Change of Station (PCS). Some of the services we offer are:

Life Skills Education and support can equip individuals and families to maximize their growth and potential and successfully, manage Navy life challenges. Some of the workshops that are offered are:
· Stress and Anger Management
· Babysitting Training Course
· Teen Talk
· Effective Communication
The PFM program offers information, education and counseling to assist individuals and families in the complex process of financial decision-making and in overcoming financial indebtedness. We offer classes that not only teach you to control your money; our classes will teach you how to get your money to work for you.
• Command Financial Specialist (CFS) Training
The Navy provides professional counseling for individuals, couples, and families. This is the place to find help with life’s adjustments in an atmosphere that is relaxed and private. We
serve active duty service members and their families with counselors who are especially sensitive to the demands of a military way of life.
If you decide to leave the Navy after your obligated service, we will help prepare you for your new career. Our Transition Assistance Management Program will help you plan for your future as you change from military to civilian life. Includes:

· Career Options and Navy Skills Evaluation Program (CONSEP)
