Command Information
COMMANDING OFFICER
Lieutenant Silverman graduated from the United States
Coast Guard Academy in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations
Research and Computer Analysis. His initial assignment was as a Deck Watch
Officer onboard USCGC THETIS (WMEC 910), homeported in Key West, Florida.
Lieutenant Silverman was next assigned as the Executive Officer onboard
USCGC MONSOON (WPC 4) homeported in San Diego, California. Lieutenant
Silverman most recently served on the Atlantic Area Cutter Forces staff as
the funds manager, providing fiscal oversight to 30 major cutters.
Lieutenant Silverman hails from Sayville, New
York and is married to the former Maggie Plikaitis of Glastonbury,
Connecticut. They have two
daughters, Zoe and Max.
EXECUTIVE OFFICER
LTJG Mike Moyseowicz previously served on USCGC SENECA (WMEC 906) out of Boston, MA. He is a 2009 graduate of the US Coast Guard Academy with a degree in Operations Research.
