Gershowitz Clinic

Coast Guard Air Station / Sector Field Office (SFO) Port Angeles Medical/Dental department provides services and support functions for Northwest Washington and Bellingham units. The medical facility services all active duty personnel within its area of responsibility along with limited amounts of care to Reservists, Retirees and Retiree Dependents. The Gershowitz Clinic is a limited service medical and dental clinic.  If the clinic cannot handle the nature of the medical or dental ailment, the patient may be referred to NAVHOSP Bremerton in Bremerton, WA, Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA, Olympic Memorial Hospital in Port Angeles, WA or to another local doctor/dentist within the TRICARE network.

·         Eye Glasses (available also to retirees)

·         Over the Counter Meds (available also to dependents and retirees)

·         TRICARE Service Center (available also to dependents and retirees)

Clinic hours are 0800-1130/1300-1600 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and 0800-1130 on Fridays for routine care.  The clinic is closed to routine care on Wednesdays and Holidays.  Patients are seen by appointment, to schedule an appointment contact the clinic at (360) 417-5894.

Active Duty walk-ins are always welcome, however you may have to wait until a corpsmen is available to see you.  During your walk-in you will either receive treatment or be scheduled for a routine appointment.  If there is a medical emergency please call 911 and notify clinic staff.
