ID Cards, DEERS, and Vehicle Decals

The US Coast Guard Air Station / Sector Field Office Port Angeles Administration Dept hours of operation are Tuesday thru Thursday 0800-1130 / 1215-1600. Closed Monday and Friday.  Due to closures on Federal Holidays and local military functions it is requested that you call our customer service number 360-417-6005 before your visit.

Administration Office Services:

• Issues Military Identification (ID) cards for eligible active duty, reserve, and retired members

• Issues Coast Guard vehicle identification decals

• Servicing Personnel Office (SPO) manages personnel records for active duty and reserve members

• Manages the Citibank travel charge card program for members

Military ID cards and DEERS updates are done by appointment only.  You will need to have your military sponsor accompany you and bring in two types of valid IDs.  We are no longer able to accept walk-ins for IDs or DEERS updates.  Some circumstances, such as a birth, death, marriage or divorce, require additional documentation.  Make sure you let us know of your special circumstance when you make your appointment.

Vehicle decal - You will need your military ID, driver’s license, proof of insurance, and registration.

Motorcycle decal – You will also need proof of completion of the motorcycle safety course.
