Military Identification (ID) Cards and Vehicle Decals
Coast Guard Sector Columbia River issues Military Identification (ID) cards for eligible active duty, reserve, and retired members.
Office hours for Sector Administration are normally week days 0800-1130 / 1300-1600. The office is closed 1130-1300 during lunch. The office is also closed holidays and on unit training days.
ID cards are by appointment only. Please call (503) 861-6300.
Vehicle decals require current vehicle registration, proof of insurance, drivers license, and military ID card.
Plan ahead:
- Call ahead for estimated wait times.
- Ask what paperwork you may need to bring with you (if anything).
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before our closing at 1600 hours to ensure being served.
- Tuesday through Thursday are typically the busiest days of the week for us
- The administration office and Servicing Personnel Office (SPO) are located in the building immediately in front of the flag pole next to the Medical building.
