Radio Facility Inspections

Effective May 23, 2007

ALL RADIO INSPECTION AND OFFER FOR USE FORMS will be sent directly to DIRAUX. Review, approval and assignment of Facility ID and Call Signs will be processed in the Directors office. In the future, if any RADIO INSPECTION AND OFFER FOR USE FORMS are sent to you, immediately send them to the DIRAUX office at the following address:
