Implementation of the Personal Security Program has been the source of many questions.  Here are a few answers to Frequently Asked Questions
 

Question Answer
I currently hold a security clearance issued by a Federal Agency.  Do I need to submit the same PSI forms as other members? No. The CG Security Center will accept favorable investigations that were adjudicated within the last 10 years if it was completed by another Federal Agency.  Provide a copy of a source document verifying the favorable adjudication in the last 10 years by a Federal Agency to DIRAUX.  DIRAUX will then complete a 'Prior/Current Clearance Coversheet' and submit the source document to SECCEN.
I hold a security clearance issued through my employer.  Does that apply? No, the clearance must be issued by a Federal Agency.  Employer-issued or other non-Federal agency-issued clearances are not accepted.
