"The Director of Auxiliary (DIRAUX) is charged with the active promotion
and administration of Auxiliary affairs in the district and for compliance
with instructions and directives governing the Auxiliary organization. As
the District Commander's representative in all matters pertaining to the Auxiliary,
the director keeps the District Commander advised of all circumstances and
