Montauk is a small hamlet located in the town of East Hampton with 3,000 permanent residents. During the summer months, the population swells to over 250,000 people. The main industry is tourism and fishing, along with a variety of outdoor activities. Montauk is known as the "sport fishing capitol of the world".
Boatswainsmates and Machinery Technicians make up most of the stations personnel, we also have a Store Keeper and two Food Service Specialists.
