The Reserve personnel are organized into 4 sections and train on weekends at the station as well as perform active duty time during the year.

Coast Guard Auxiliary

There is also a Coast Guard Auxiliary unit that meets at Station Burlington and works in the Lake Champlain area. Coast Guard Auxiliary activities include conducting boating safety classes, courtesy safety inspections of boats, responding to requests for assistance, and acting as a liason with the public as well as helping with community activities.
