Sector NNE Administration & Servicing Personnel Office (SPO)
The Administrative and SPO Division serve as the Support Cadre for Maine, Northern New York, Vermont and Northern New Hampshire Coast Guard units. Service is provided to over 450 Active and Reserve members. We are located at 27 Pearl Street, Portland ME 04101.

ID Cards
Our Office will be closed on Aug 6th and re-open on Aug 9th.
The ID Card and Vehicle Decal office is located at 27 Pearl Street in downtown Portland. Our hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 to 11:00 AM and 1:00 to 3:00 PM.
We recommend that you call if you are unsure of what paperwork is required. For more information call 780-3048. *** NOTE: In the event there is inclement weather, please call ahead to ensure we are not closed!! ***
All who wish to update information or obtain a new ID card must present a valid picture ID. If ID card has been lost or stolen, please bring some sort of verification of identity (i.e. driver's license, birth certificate, social security card, DD-214, DD-1172, letter from VA etc.)
Dependents of Active Duty, Active Reserves, and Retirees must have a DD-1172 signed by the sponsor if the sponsor is not present at the time the card is being issued.
If your dependent status has changed (i.e. marriage, birth of child etc.) or have a dependent over 21 and under the age of 23 in college, you will need to provide proper documentation. Documentation: A marriage certificate, birth certificate, adoption papers or a letter from the school stating the student is in school full time including anticipated date of graduation.
Vehicle Decals
The Vehicle Decal hours are the same as the ID Card Office hours. Information required to receive a Vehicle Decal: Current Registration, Current Proof of Insurance, and Current Drivers License.
