Email Addresses

Busines: Put you uscg.mil (or dhs.gov) address here. Due to security purposes, we are no longer allowed to enter 2 addresses separated by a semicolon. If you have two email addresses separated by a semi-colon please remove the non-uscg address.  DA will automatically send e-mails to this address (forgotten password, etc).

Home: Put your primary email address here. This is an address where you can be most likely reached during a recall or in order to receive important, time sensitive information from Sector SENE. If you check your "civilian" work (non-USCG) email more often than your home email, put your "civilian" work (non-USCG) email here.

Other: Not required. If you have an email address for work (non-USCG) and one for home, put the one that you check less often here. This may be an email address that you check while you are at home

Phone Numbers

There are 11 phone type selections in the drop down. In the event of a recall, the Command will print a report that contains Home, Cell and Business fields for everyone. Please ensure that if you have a Home, Cell and/or Business number, these numbers will be used in case of a recall or if Sector needs to contact you outside of your normal drilling schedule.

2. Verify Personnel Data Records (PDR)

Annually between 1 OCT and 30 NOV a review of important documents including the Record of Emergency Data, BAH Dependency worksheet and life insurance election form will be conducted. This is normally accomplished through your Yeoman or the SPO.

Federal law requires all reserve personnel complete an ASQ each year. Per ALCOAST 064/09 the ASQ must be completed between 01AUG and 31OCT in Direct Access or by submitting a paper version to SSENE Admin. Mbrs will not be issued ADT orders unless they are ASQ compliant.
