Sector Long Island Sound - Advanced Notice of Arrival

Title 33 Code of Federal Regulations, (CFR) Part 160, Subpart C, Notification of Arrival in U.S. Ports requires vessels subject to this part to submit either a 96 hours (foreign voyages) or a 24 hours (domestic voyages) notice of arrival (NOA) to the National Vessel Movement Center (You are leaving a Federal Government Website) (NVMC) prior to entering the Waters of the United States.
