The Sea Partners Campaign is an environmental education and outreach program focused on communities at large to develop community awareness of maritime pollution issues and to improve compliance with marine environmental protection laws and regulations. If you discharge or witness the discharge of oil into a U.S. navigable waterway, you are required by law to report the discharge to the National Response Center at 1-800-424-8802 or the nearest Coast Guard Captain of the Port Office.
