ANT LIS Area of Responsibility (AOR)
Aids to Navigation Long Island Sound's AOR covers 240 miles of coastline on Long Island Sound along with all tributaries including the Thames River in New London; the Connecticut River in Old Saybrook; New Haven Harbor; Housatonic River in Stratford; Bridgeport Harbor; Norwalk Harbor; Greenwich Harbor; Huntington Harbor, NY; Port Jefferson Harbor, NY. ANT LIS's AOR encompasses the AORs of 3 separate SAR Stations within itself. ANT LIS also covers secondary responsibility for aids that are assigned to 5 different cutters.
