Upon arrival onboard the Air Station, all personnel shall report on their first work day to the Admin Office (Bldg 3172), located on the CG Air Station campus, to receive a copy of the unit check in sheet from the Yeoman. While various departments may require completion of a departmental specific checklist, this is a separate requirement from the unit checklist and does not take the place of the unit check.
Completion of the unit check in will require the member to visit various departments at different locations aboard the Mass Military Reservation. Additionally, it will improve your familiarity with the base configuration and location of frequently visited locations.
The check in process can be easily completed within one week. However, it must be completed and turned in to the Admin Yeoman (Bldg 3172) no later than 14 days after the member’s arrival. Failure to complete the checklist in the allotted time will result in a delay to schedule the member for the “mass check in” with the CO, and will result in administrative remarks (CG-3307) being issued.
