As a longtime employee of the United States Coast Guard I would like to thank Admiral Allen for his dedication not just to this country, but to each of the employees.
When Admiral Allen sends out his messages there is a feeling that he is speaking to us, not at us.
Admiral Allen has brought so much attention to the good work of this often forgotten branch of the military.
It is with a tremendous amount of pride that I have served as a civilian employee under Admiral Allen.
It is hard to see Admiral Allen go. I wish you all the best in your future endeavers Admiral Allen.
