Pollution Incident Report & Transmittal (IRAT)


FOSCs must complete the Pollution Incident Report and Transmittal (IRAT) as the cover to the project's Final Financial Report, due within 120 days of completion of final removal actions. (Use the Cost Doc Checklist to ensure the documentation package is complete.)

When submitting the Incident Report and Transmittal Form for an incident to the NPFC, include copies of all PRFAs and SF1080s or SF1081s (you should forward the originals to the NPFC as you receive them).
