| Lead strategic planning, business analysis, business process/implementation, and measurement management. |
| Provide statistical, analytical, and business modeling services to the C4IT Service Center. |
| Analyze seasonal demand trends, safety levels, stock position, procurement lead time, mission change and operational plans to determine material support requirements and develop long-range forecasts for base and up to five future years for material requirements. |
| Implement supply chain management. |
| Maintain the C4IT Service Center Intranet presence. |
| Perform analysis in support of Product Line and Core Technology Make versus Buy Decisions. |
| Manage continual service improvement program. (ITIL, International Standards Organization (ISO), Lean Manufacturing standards, and Six Sigma standards.) |
| Maintain master correspondence for C4IT Service Center. |
| Maintain central information repository for several databases pertinent to supply, maintenance activities and program management. |
| Manage C4IT Service Center Activity Based Costing (ABC) Program and coordinate use of application. |
| Act as the C4IT Service Center centralized point of contact and clearinghouse for all data calls. |
| Coordinate with Asset Logistics Division to develop and execute strategic business plan. |
| Develop and maintain departmental metrics for critical activities to gauge program success and identify areas of concern and report data to Business Services. |
