eOPF Deployment
Hawaii has been provided a great opportunity! We are a test site for the eOPF system. eOPF allows you to view an electronic version of your Official Personnel File (OPF). To access this site go to https://eopf.nbc.gov/uscg/

Open Season
Health Benefits Open Season is from November 9th to December 14th. During
this time, you can change/enroll in FEHB, FSAFEDS, and/or FEDVIP (Dental
and Vision).

Current FEBH Enrollees
If you are currently enrolled in FEHB and would like to change/drop your
coverage, you accomplish this through myEPP.
First Time Enrolles
If you are enrolling in a FEHB plan for the first time, you complete a SF
2809. When the form is completed, please scan and email me the completed
form or drop it off at my office.
FSAFEDS
Please enroll at www.FSAfeds.com. Each year you must reenroll in FSAFEDS
for your account to continue.
FEDVIP (Dental and Vision)
Please enroll at www.benefeds.com.
If you are currently enrolled in a FEDVIP program, you do not need to do anything, your coverage will continue.
If you want to change your coverage, disenroll, or enroll for the first
time, www.benefeds.com is the place to accomplish all of this.
