Base Seattle

The Base Base Seattle Procurement & Contracting (P&C) Department provides supplies, services, and minor construction contracting for its customers under direction and guidance from the Base Commanding Officer and the Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC)-Base support up to the current Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $150,000 (supplies, services), $100,000 (construction). P&C also oversees the Government Purchase Card Program along with Fleet Fuel Cards, etc. P&C is responsible for those units within the Base Departmentís Area of Responsibility to include Oregon and Washington and to any local CGD13 unit or deployed PACAREA vessel upon request.
