Re-enlistments / Extensions (Base Only)
The yeoman will notify the Administration Officer and Division Chiefs of any staff member within six months of an end of enlistment or prior to the (operative date) of an extension.
Division Officers shall conduct a re-enlistment interview using the our locally produced form (Re-enlistment Interview) and provide the completed form to the Administration Officer.
The Administration Officer will verify the need for any follow-up interviews with the Executive and Commanding Officers and forward the counseling sheet to the staff yeoman for completion of applicable documents.
The yeoman shall verify the date of re-enlistment requested to ensure its within the guidelines authorized by the CG Personnel Manual; verify with the member if selling leave is requested; complete the re-enlistment document; notify Administration Officer and Division Chief of the actual date of re-enlistment authorized and provide the re-enlistment / extension document to the Officer administering the Oath (5) days prior to the event.
