The Base Seattle Servicing Personnel Office and PPC Topeka share primary responsibility in timely and accurate delivery of HR data and pay, but command attention and individual responsibility play critical roles. Yeoman and commands must ensure members understand pay entitlements and promptly report changes in pay status. Commanding Officers must educate all members on the importance of approving and submitting documents affecting pay status as quickly as possible. SPOs cannot do their jobs professionally and meet the two-day submission requirement if members and/or commands delay the information. We must all work together to improve on the timeliness and accuracy of HR and pay data.
