Our staff is responsible for entering Pay and Personnel transactions that cannot be done through Self-Service by a member, and for commands that are deployed and limited in their ability to enter data during the deployment.
Our staff continues to offer individual and unit training to assist members with understanding how Direct-Access works and how to enter data. Please refer to the on-line help guide for assistance. If you wish to schedule training please contact us for assistance.
The Coast Guard is in the process of changing its E-Travel services. Currently the Coast Guard uses T-PAX for submission of travel claims. Our staff will provide basic assistance for T-PAX. For detailed assistance or to schedule unit training, please contact the CG Pay & Personnel Center (PPC) via intranet or call (866) 772-8724. T-PAX is only available via the CG Intranet.
