Base Seattle Personnel Support Department

Our mission is to support the needs of base personnel and our operational partners by providing them professional, efficient and effective service they need to successfully execute their mission and maximize personnel readiness.

Personnel Services Division - The Personnel Services Division provides a wide variety of services which include administrative services for Base Seattle personnel, Household Goods (HHG), DEERS, ID cards, MWR, and education services.

Servicing Personnel Office (SPO) Division - The SPO maintains and updates personnel data records as well as investigating and resolving personnel and pay issues for various assigned commands in the D13 AOR.

Area Housing Office Division - The Area Housing Office is responsible for managing all facets of Coast Guard Housing in the Thirteenth Coast Guard District Area of Responsibility including owned and leased housing.
