Clinic Hours of Operation

HSWL FO Seattle

  • Monday- Friday
    • 0630 to 1130 by appointment
    • 1230 to 1430 by appointment
  • For an appointment call 217-6432
  • Staff training and meetings are conducted on Friday afternoons.
  • Closed on weekends and holidays.
  • Closed 0715 to 1000 on the first Thursday of the month for the Command All-Hands Meeting.

After hours access to health care:

Medical: If you have emergencies call 911 or go directly to the closest emergency room. If you require Urgent/Acute care after hours go to the nearest Military Treatment Facility or call the TRICARE Health Care finder 1-888-TriWest for assistance.  If you need to speak to a Medical Officer after hours, call the HSWL Seattle Command Duty Officer at (206) 510-7858 and ask to speak with the Medical Officer.

Dental: If you have emergencies call 911 or go directly to the closest emergency room. If you require Urgent/Acute care after hours go to the nearest Military Treatment Facility or call the HSWL Seattle Command Duty Officer at (206) 510-7858 and ask to speak with a Dental Officer. An Urgent/Acute dental emergency is defined as trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, swelling or pain not controlled by a narcotic pain medication.
