Welcome Aboard!

1.  Congratulations on your assignment to USCG Base Seattle (C4IT).  I look forward to your arrival, and I am sure you will find your assignment both challenging and rewarding. I look forward to you joining our talented team of both military and civilian professionals.
 
2.  The unit yeoman can be reached at (206) 217-6700 from 0700-1530 PST. Mr. David Sweeney is the relocation assistance manager for our area, and may be reached at (800) 872-4957 ext 313. Additional information can be found at the Coast Guard's Work Life home page.

3.  Travel arrangements: The C4IT department is located in Building 4 at Base Seattle.  The address is 1519 Alaskan Way S., Seattle WA 98134. Please notify your sponsor with your travel plans and expected arrival time into Seattle.  Please travel safely.

4.  Members will report wearing Operational Dress Uniform or Tropical Blue Long.

In addition to a robust on-base education program, Base Seattle is near many colleges, including the University of Washington and numerous community and technical colleges.

Transportation

King Country Metro, Sound Transit, Community Transit, and Washington State DOT provide bus, train, and ferry service in the Puget Sound area.
