basebostonlogo SICK-CALL: There is no Active Duty Sick-Call. Active Duty personnel requiring same day service are encourage to call  (617) 223-3121 in the morning to obtain a same day appointment. If necessary, the Senior Medical Officer may authorize a walk-in appointment if no scheduled slots are available.

ACUTE CARE: is defined as illness or injury that has presented in the last 24-48 hours.

Patients that require acute care will be provided with a same day appointment. These appointments will be filled on a daily basis. Same day appointment slots can be scheduled via walk in or by calling the appointment desk at (617) 223-3121. The morning hours can be crowded, so it is encouraged that members use appointment slots for non-urgent health care requirements. HSWL RP Boston "In Service For Others"
Non-urgent and Non-acute cases may be deferred to the next available appointment.

is defined as medical appointments for follow-up care, long term care, non-urgent care, and other care of a routine nature. Appointments are scheduled for Monday thru Fridays with the exception of Wednesdays afternoons when the clinic is closed for training. Please call (617) 223-3121 to make an appointment.  If you cannot keep your appointment please call 24 hours in advance. If you are late we will only hold the appointment for 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Those failing to make their appointment may lose facility privileges.

Non-active duty patients and beneficiaries are not seen at this installation.

The Medical Division is located on the 3rd floor of building 8.
