Form CG-4147 is no longer accepted for TA applications. The electronic Tuition Assistance Application (e-TA) is the only acceptable application process.

Testing: The PSD Testing Center does all Coast Guard related testing (EOCTs and EPMEs) and proctors college exams. (For other test types (i.e. CLEP / DANTES), please refer to the other testing centers linked below.)
Please note that tests are conducted every Tuesday and Thursday at 0900, by appointment only. (Special arrangements can be made, if necessary.) Members should also try to schedule two-weeks in advance to ensure availability.
