Office and Testing Hours

0700-1500, Monday - Friday. Closed on Federal holidays and Command Sponsored Liberty.

Drop-ins are welcome, service is on a first come, first serve basis.
Request an appointment for personalized service: phone (510-437-3946/5846) is the best way to coordinate.

Tuesdays @ 0800 & 1245: EOCT 3rd, 2nd, 1st Class Petty Officer, EPME 3rd, 1st, and Senior Chief Petty Officer.
Tuesdays @ 0945: DANTES Standardized Subject Test (DSST)
Members are required to sign up at least 2 days before the test. Sign up via email D11-PF-BaseAla-ESO@uscg.mil by sending your test request form (Request form for Testing) or by phone (510-437-3946).
Wednesday @ 0800: Private Exams (paper and online) per student's request: SAT (2nd Wednesday), ACT (4th Wednesday) Test can take 4-5 hours.
Thursday @ 0800 hours: Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) ASVAB/AFCT.
