SUBJ: HALF MASTING OF NATIONAL ENSIGN
A. U.S. Coast Guard Regulations 1992, COMDTINST M5000.3 (SERIES)
1. As directed by the President of the United States, the National
Ensign shall be flown at half-mast from sunrise to sunset, beginning
immediately and continuing through Tuesday, 16 October 2012, in honor
of Senator Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania.
2. The National Ensign shall be flown at half mast on all Coast Guard
buildings, grounds and vessels not underway.
