The 2012 Women of Color (WOC) Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Conference will be held 11-13 October 2012 at the Dallas Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas. Hosted by Career Communications Group, Women of Color Magazine recognizes outstanding women in the STEM fields and provides excellent opportunities for professional development, networking, outreach, and recruiting. The conference also provides specialized training for persons with STEM backgrounds and the award ceremonies acknowledge the superior achievements of outstanding women in STEM disciplines. 2. The USCG Training Forum will focus on mentoring junior/mid-grade officers and enlisted members.
