1.  This ALCOAST reiterates ref (A), SLA for all Coast Guard military
personnel in accordance with ref (B).
2.  Unless Art 2.a.15.b. criteria of ref (C) are met, the following
are the maximum leave balance carryover totals for both active duty
and reservists in accordance with ref (B):
      a. End of FY 30Sep12: 75 days
      b. End of FY 30Sep13: 60 Days
3.  Members and commands should proactively manage leave balances to
avoid loss of unused leave while maintaining mission readiness.
4.  Questions regarding this policy should be directed to your
administrative support staff or Servicing Personnel Office (SPO).
Admin and SPO liaisons may transit email inquiries to Commandant
(CG-1221) at HQSPolicyandStandards(at)uscg.mil.
