SUBJ: ACTIVE DUTY REAR ADMIRAL (LOWER HALF) SELECTION BOARD
1. Pursuant to the authority of section 271, Title 14, United States
Code, and subject to the advice and consent of the Senate, the
Secretary, on behalf of the President of the United States, has
approved the report of the selection board convened on 11 Jul 2012
recommending officers on the active duty promotion list (ADPL) for
promotion to the grade of Rear Admiral (lower half).  Officers
selected are listed below in precedence order.
