1. This ALCOAST announces changes to the naming, management and
storage of Enlisted Professional Military Education (EPME), Enlisted
Performance Qualifications (EPQ), and Rating Performance
Qualification (RPQ) forms and supporting course materials. These
changes are administrative in nature and do not change Rating
Performance tasks or references.
2. Effective 02AUG2012, the CG Learning Management System (LMS) is
the only authorized repository for all EPME, EPQ, RPQ performance
records and supporting course materials.  CG Portal can be accessed
by following the directions below:
     a. Go to https://cgportal.uscg.mil.
     b. Click "Training and Education" (menu at top).
     c. Click "Learning Management System" (menu on left side of
screen).
     d. Select "Course Catalog".
     e. Select the "Enlisted Advancement" catalog.
     f. Select the desired rating or EPME catalog.
3. The following changes are also effective 02AUG2012:
     a. EPME CG-1510 (all) forms will be removed from the CG forms
directory, cancelled, renamed per paragraph four and posted to the CG
LMS. Supervisors shall accept legacy forms in progress until the next
EPME update.
     b. EPQ CG-3303(all) forms will be removed from the CG forms
directory, cancelled, renamed per paragraph four.  Members in ratings
not integrated into ERATS shall continue to use legacy
CG-3303(Series) forms in progress until their rating transitions to
ERATS.
     c. Existing RPQ CG-3303D (series) Performance Instruction will
be
cancelled and will be replaced by CG-RPQ (series) Performance Support
Worksheet by 02AUG2012 and are effective for the May 2013 Servicewide
Examination cycle. Supervisors shall accept previously signed
performance qualifications until the next RPQ revision.
4. New RPQ and EPME Performance Support Worksheets will use the
following naming conventions:
    a. CG-RPQ-XXX Performance Support Worksheet (Rev. MM/YYYY), where
XXX is the abbreviation for the rating.
    b. CG-EPME-XX Performance Support Worksheet (Rev. MM/YYYY), where
XX is the enlisted grade.
    c. Revision dates (Rev. MM/YYYY) indicate date of effective
version for advancement, as promulgated via ALCOAST.
5. Per Ref (A), Training Management Tool (TMT) is the permanent
system of record for RPQ completion.
6. EPME/RPQ Performance Support Worksheet will replace CG-3303C and
CG-1510 (Series), in Ref (B) and be managed per Ref (C).
