As part of the Coast Guards technology refresh effort to move HR functions from PeopleSoft version 8.0 (Direct Access I) to a supported version of PeopleSoft version 9.1 (Direct Access II), the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) component and supporting business processes shifted to Direct Access II on 21 Feb 2013. 2. Beginning now, members may fully manage their TSP elections in DA Self Service to include enrolling in TSP, making elections, changing contribution amounts, and managing catch-up contributions. 3.
